ENROLLMENT & TERMS OF MENTORSHIP To ensure the highest standard of service and commitment, the following policies apply to all professional mentorship sessions: I. Securement & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested date. This deposit is an administrative fee that guarantees your exclusive access to the mentor's time and resources. Transfer-ability : Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date only if a written request is received within 48 hours of the initial booking. After this period, the deposit is strictly non-transferable. II. Tuition & Final Balances The remaining balance of the course fee is due in full on the morning of your training, prior to the commencement of the session. Fixed Enrollment: Once a course is booked and the curriculum is assigned, the booking is final. Training packages cannot be downgraded or swapped for alternative modules once the fee has been established. III. Intellectual Property & The Bible All training materials, including the "Shields/Lamination Bible," are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy. By enrolling, you agree that these materials are for your personal professional use only. Digital or physical reproduction, distribution, or "teaching the teacher" using these proprietary methods is strictly prohibited. IV. Model Policy As this is a hands-on intensive, the student is responsible for providing reliable models that meet the treatment criteria or the mentor will provide models if needed. Reliability: Should a model fail to appear, the session will proceed as a technical theory and mannequin-based workshop. No partial refunds will be issued for model no-shows. V. Professional Conduct & Certification Certification is awarded based on the successful demonstration of the techniques taught. While my goal is your mastery, the Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if the student does not meet the required safety and professional standards during the practical assessment.
